This knoweldge is built up with experience – Oliver’s commercial real estate experience goes back to 2003 since when he has completed well over 100 real estate transactions across every major market in the Asia Pacific region including China, India, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia & ANZ. In the more recent past three years, Oliver has negotiated some of the most challenging Visitor Attraction projects ever, managing complex commercial and licensing issues providing him with a rare level of experience and track record in the industry.
